Run, Jump, Throw Session 2

During Run, Jump, Throw we did some new activities, jumping over the river, throwing large balls over our heads, hurdles and shot put again.
We were getting good at throwing and pushing the shot puts.

Run Jump Throw

We are lucky enough over the next fews weeks to have several sessions of Jumping, throwing and running.
Today we did hurdles, shot put and high jump. We were excellent listeners and followed instructions really well.

DISCO!!!!

I saw lots of you at the Disco on Friday. What a great job room 12 did on organising the disco!!!
Lots of people made a special effort to be in the Canterbury colours of red and black. Room 9 did a fantastic job face painting as well ad I saw lots of you with face paints!
Our gingerbread men were fast sellers and I don't think all of you got to taste the final product- good job we did a taste test last week.
In total $1200 was raised for the people of Christchurch- what a great contribution you have all made! Well done!!!

We are very lucky in the Junior Jets to have a new piece of playgorund equipment.
Have you seen it? What is it?

Today as we couldn't go on the normal playground we had a special treat and got to play on the Senior Stars playground. Here we are enjoying ourselves.

Last Day of Swimming
